Contemporary Home Design – 35th Street Home by Lazar Design/Build
April 15th, 2010 - Posted in Home DesignNew project of a contemporary house by Steve Lazar is designed for family in Manhattan Beach. The entire three-story structure is comprised of stained and polished Mangaris wood, and the immediate impression is that the visitor has just arrived at an island resort. Inspiration from the islands is apparent throughout his design, as this home would be just as comfortable in Maui as it is in Manhattan Beach. Contemporary furniture, spaciously placed, adorns the living spaces, creating a fresh, breathing environment. Accents of blue and green appear throughout the home, evoking the seaside surroundings.

kitchen equipped with stove, oven, kitchen table, cabinet and smoke ventilation. Laminate kitchen floor tile with a pattern of using wood. To add to the beauty added some indoor plants on a small table. Modern kitchen appliances often use stainless steel because the kitchen is one of the most visible today.
