Modern Wingpoint Residence Inspirations

Residence Wingpoint is just a few meters from the beach for artists who live here can be inspired by the water relaxing. Bainbridge Island is home to this beautiful modern structure that COOP 15 architecture built on an ancient foundation of 3100 square feet, and appendices. The living spaces are organized stacked on two levels and will also house an art studio beloved by the people of this contemporary home. The studio of the artist upsets with beautiful views through large windows with triple glazing. Like any modern home, this building was made from sustainable materials. The exterior is a combination of concrete and surface decorated with large windows that provide the river a chance to enchant and inspire.
Inside, the architects have played with comfort by installing heated floors and concrete countertops concrete and recycled glass. The lounge on the first floor houses an impressive library and continues in an open kitchen with a place to eat the leaves that you are a prayer to the image riverside. The stairs to the second floor are recovered wooden stairs with a feeling modern and vintage. Beautiful contrast with the dark coating natural wood color ramps of the staircase. Art is present throughout the house: the guitars in the lobby and paintings on the wall construction to completion, culminating in the artist’s studio. The perfectly cut lawn leads to the waterfront and complete the exceptional presence of this house.
