This Super Modern House was designed by Paulíny Hovorka Architekti, located in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. It is seen on the mountains, has easy access to the city and a quiet and intimate. Because of the slope of the site on the lower level has a garage and service rooms, while the second level has all the residential areas. The level of housing is separated to two areas: day and night. Part of the day consists of a living room / kitchen, pantry and home office. It is oriented parallel to the street providing the visual connection to the site entrance. Reception room with adjoining bathroom can also be used as a guesthouse. Master bedroom with children’s rooms are faced with two rear garden. The whole house is done in a modern great. The interior continues the theme of color strictly black and white, only flat surfaces and lots of furniture on glossy paper. It is connected with the outside through large sliding doors. Pool, wooden deck and garden provide a cool space for leisure activities.
